Deerwolf Wild 7 is a perfect spineless rod that takes over from the Super Steed GT-R, which was the ultimate form of perfect spineless rod , and is long and hard. It is a 7ft MH power perfect spineless rod that upgrades the standard of versatile rods.
6:4 regular action, thick and muscular blank. Its characteristics are not in the direction of boasting ultra-lightweight. It is designed with a moderate weight. The aim is to have a strong sense of power when you cast the rod in the field, and a smooth and comfortable swing feeling when you cast the lure.
Because it is perfect spineless, there is almost no casting blur caused by the blank, and the shot is sure to hit the target spot with the trajectory you envision. Not only that, but the hook point can be embedded without losing hooking power, which is unique to the perfect spineless blank with no blur.
Furthermore, because there is no snag from the spine that inhibits the firm flexibility, the blank follows the sudden direction changes of the bass during the fight. Even when the bass is close to the boat or your feet and the line tension is easily loosened, the line tension is kept constant, reducing the risk of it coming apart.
It works well with all types of reeling lures, including crawler baits, big pencils, full-size cranks, deep cranks, big baits, swim baits, swim jigs, bladed jigs, spinner baits, big spoons, and any other reeling lure weighing 3/8 oz (10 g) or more.

The Deerwolf Wild 7 has the same blanks and guides, but comes in two different grips: RS (cork, semi-long grip) and GT-R (EVA, short grip).
Both the RS and GT-R are 7 feet long. Therefore, compared to the GT-R, the RS has a grip that is 1 inch longer, and the blank butt is 1 inch shorter, giving it a slightly harder feeling. As a result, it has advantages in terms of long casts and hooking. It is suitable for casting large lures long distances and casting repeatedly on big lakes.
In particular, soft swim baits, swim jigs, spinner baits, and big spoons are an excellent choice for long casts and hooking at long distances, and because you sometimes need to actively seek out reaction bites rather than just getting a hook.
In addition, the grip length is well balanced in relation to the overall length, and it is versatile enough to handle both horizontal and vertical fishing, making it a versatile rod to use even on a small boat or while fishing from shore when the number of rods you can carry is limited.

Ultra multi-layered blanks manufactured using the SXF Super Crossfire method , which makes the thickness of the blank cross section uniform . A low taper with a thick layer of high-strength, high-elasticity Torayca T1100G (resin rich) and medium-elasticity 24-ton carbon (resin rich). Not only is it flexible, but it also has a strong tenacity and a unique feeling with exquisite tension and resilience that is unique to resin-rich Torayca T1100G.
Bat-Berry
The high-resin 24-ton carbon adds a moderate weight to the belly, creating a resilient flex when taking the lure back when casting, supporting the main shaft's function of applying centrifugal force to the lure and propelling it out.
Bat to center
The thick, low taper blank reinforces the tremendous repulsive force generated when casting, while at the same time providing a comfortable, refreshing feeling after swinging, and is made with low-resin TORAYCA T1100G.

■ Guide system
●Tip to belly section (top to #5 guide)
A lightweight titanium frame reinforced single foot type Torzite ring guide that does not interfere with the flexible bend curve of the blank with minimal spine, while also providing practical strength.
Considering powerful use with thicker lines, the rod features a torzite ring with a ring diameter 0.5 points larger and a wider inner diameter than the matching 7-foot rod, Cougar Elite 7 RS (70MF).
●Butt section (guides #6-9)
The stainless steel double foot frame is designed for strength, but the lightest LKW guide (SiC ring) is used. It is designed to withstand the power of the thick blank while not interfering with the smooth bend curve that is unique to the low taper.

■ Grip design (forehand)
The combination of a reel seat nut made of highly sensitive 4-axis carbon and a simple metal winding check makes it lightweight and highly sensitive. The foregripless design features a sharp feel when used.

■ Grip design (reel seat)
The Fuji TCS reel seat has a wide side surface and a shape that allows little play in the palm of the hand when gripped. It is a choice to firmly support the power of the thick, long blank in the hand and to reduce shaking of the hand when casting, retrieving, and operating, especially when reeling in heavy reels.

■ Grip design (center to rear)
While adopting a separate design that emphasizes operability and lightweight design, the separate blank is reinforced with four axes at ±30° to suppress power loss. An original design that combines lightness and rigidity.
The center grip, which is the most important part that comes into contact with the hand, is made of AAA champagne cork, which is light, hard and contains a lot of air. This has resulted in a thorough weight reduction and improved sensitivity transmission.
The rear grip is made of EVA material to ensure durability and balance of the center of gravity in the hand.

The grip end is fitted with an original end plate (red version) with a kaleidoscope motif, accented with the same deep red color as the metal parts of the fore and rear grips.
