This DAC uses DC 5V power supply, if the voltage is too high, it will burn the circuit board,damage caused by high input voltage is not covered by the warranty.
When replacing the op amp, please pay attention to the definition of different pins to avoid reverse insertion, otherwise the circuit board will be burned.The resulting damage is not covered by the warranty!
Some 4-pole earphone jacks may have intermittent sound due to non-standard size or severe wear, resulting in poor contact. Therefore, we recommend using a 3-pole earphone jack, and Dac itself does not support microphones.
After 10 minutes of power on, if the Bluetooth search and connection have not been performed, the dac's Bluetooth will be in a dormant state and cannot be searched at this time. If you need to connect Bluetooth, please turn off and turn on the DAC again.
If Bluetooth suddenly cannot be searched, it means that this DAC is connected by other devices. At this time, please check whether it is wrongly connected by other devices. If this device cannot be found, please unplug the antenna and disconnect the connected device,or move this DAC more than 20 meters, and then restart to search.
It is recommended to use a high-quality 5V DC power adapter, preferably a linear power supply. Of course, most 5V DC chargers are suit(PD charger and c to c cable is not suit), but not all of them are supported. If not support, please replace other 5V DC charger adapters like PC/Laptop usb port,power bank,phone changer(including fast phone charger with 5V output).
This dac use 4 pieces dual op amp,they're working at the same time for both RCA and 3.5mm output,not 2 pieces for RCA, 2 pieces for 3.5mm.RCA output and 3.5mm output always working at the same time. If the load is connected at the same time, the output level will be appropriately reduced.
When turning on the power,it will remember the last position of the input selection by default,you needn't to choose the input again.The same goes for Bluetooth, which will automatically connect after first successfully paired.
This DAC has undergone strict performance and noise testing before leaving the factory. If there is noise during use, it can be solved by adjust the volume below 98%,or replacing a high-quality power supply,or check if there is electromagnetic interference, just change the position slightly.
